Manage and grow a portfolio of personal and/or commercial insurance clients by advising on coverage, preparing quotes, processing renewals and policy changes, and responding to inquiries. Support claims reporting, work with insurers and underwriters to secure suitable terms, identify sales opportunities, and maintain accurate client records while improving service standards.
