Key Responsibilities: * Drive business growth by identifying and pursuing new opportunities within the territory, consistently exceeding sales quotas. * Build and maintain long-term relationships with assigned accounts, acting as a trusted partner and ambassador for PSI. * Proactively engage with prospective clients to demonstrate the value of PSI’s products, programs, and services. * Respond to client inquiries, explore untapped opportunities, and expand customer relationships to maximize territory performance. * Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions that deliver measurable outcomes. * Negotiate contracts, set performance goals, and align on mutually beneficial strategies. * Prepare and present regular reports on account performance and territory growth. * Analyze market trends and client data to identify new ways to enhance engagement and outcomes. * Work closely with the sales team to share insights, refine approaches, and achieve shared goals. * Build and maintain relationships with clients primarily in West and North GTA, including Barrie, Woodbridge, Vaughan, Richmond Hill, Brampton, Mississauga, Burlington, Hamilton. Qualifications and Skills: * Strong written and verbal communication skills. * A proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. * Demonstrated success in building and managing client relationships. * High energy, self-motivation, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. * Active listening, problem-solving, and negotiation skills. * Excellent time management and organizational abilities. * 3+ years of account management or sales experience. * Strong business acumen, particularly in the retail sector. * Experience in a competitive product category or market is preferred.
