Experience in industries such as the following may translate particularly well: Fitness & Wellness • Real Estate • Automotive • Hospitality • Telecommunications • Retail Sales • Membership Sales • Business Development • Recruitment • Financial Services • Other Target/Commission-Based Sales If you know how to connect with people, understand their needs and confidently close a sale, we can teach you Orangetheory. WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR We're looking for someone who hears "sales target" and gets motivated. Someone who doesn't wait for customers to walk through the door. Someone who understands that great sales isn't about pressure — it's about asking the right questions, building trust, solving a problem and confidently asking for the business. You should be the kind of person who: Loves talking to people. Follows up when others give up. Gets excited about hitting — and beating — a goal. Can turn a conversation into a relationship and a relationship into a sale. Believes that fitness can genuinely change someone's life. WHY ORANGETHEORY? Orangetheory Fitness is a science-backed, coach-inspired group fitness experience built around helping people achieve more results and live healthier lives.
