Prepare and follow up on lighting quotations, manage projects from quotation through order completion, process orders, and coordinate with customers, manufacturers, and the outside sales team. Respond to customer inquiries, support product selection and value-engineered alternatives, maintain CRM records, and coordinate project documentation and office tasks.
