Develop and execute growth strategies for contract and managed solutions across Newfoundland and Labrador, identifying prospects and building client relationships in the energy sector and related industries. Coordinate with regional, recruitment, and delivery teams on bids, tenders, new-market expansion, referrals, and the transition of secured business into service delivery and account management.
