Role Description The Business Development Manager role is a full-time remote position responsible for driving growth of MSP Process solutions with managed service providers and related organizations. In this role, the individual identifies and qualifies new business opportunities, nurtures leads, and manages the sales cycle from initial contact through contract negotiation and close. The Business Development Manager collaborates closely with marketing and product teams to refine messaging, demonstrate integrations, and communicate the value of MSP Process in service delivery, Zero-Trust verification, and automation. Day-to-day activities include conducting outreach via calls, emails, and online meetings, delivering product demos, preparing proposals, maintaining accurate pipeline records in CRM tools, and building long-term client relationships. The role also involves gathering market feedback, tracking industry trends, and contributing to strategies that expand MSP Process’s presence in the PSA and MSP markets. Qualifications Candidates should possess skills in lead generation, prospecting, and opportunity qualification within B2B or SaaS environments. Candidates should possess skills in relationship-building, account management, and client communication across phone, email, and online channels. Candidates should possess skills in sales presentation, product demonstration, and negotiation to guide prospects through the full sales cycle. Candidates should possess skills in CRM usage, pipeline management, and accurate reporting of sales activities and forecasts. Candidates should possess knowledge of MSP operations, service desk/helpdesk workflows, and PSA tools such as Autotask, ConnectWise, Kaseya BMS, Syncro, or Halo. Candidates should possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills to understand client needs and align them with MSP Process solutions. Candidates should possess clear written and verbal communication skills and the ability to present technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
