Job details
Every health-tech startup is selling an AI scribe that stops at dictation. We built the engine that actually does the work. Clinic Echo is an AI-native Electronic Medical Record platform built from the ground up to replace fragmented clinic tech stacks. By embedding multi-agent intelligence directly into the record, our system automates documentation, sorts inbound faxes, manages task queues, and drafts orders on local, privacy-preserving infrastructure—cutting operational overhead by up to 30%. We are backed by proven pilot data, an active waitlist, and strong clinical demand. Now, we need an executive commercial leader to build our pipeline, close multi-physician operator groups, and scale our initial commercial footprint across independent primary care and enterprise networks. What You Will Do Own the Revenue Function: Lead the end-to-end commercial strategy, pipeline generation, and quota execution from initial outreach to contracted conversion. Target Independent Clinics & Networks: Secure pilot deployments and long-term subscriptions with high-volume primary care clinics, Primary Care Networks (PCNs), and ambulatory practices. Build Strategic Partnerships: Identify and negotiate distribution alliances with regional clinic aggregators, managed service providers, and healthcare technology partners. Shape the Commercial Engine: Define repeatable sales cycles, physician-facing demos, pricing playbooks, and contract structures that translate clinical time savings into rapid deal closure. Collaborate with Leadership: Work directly with the physician-founder and engineering leadership to channel market feedback into product prioritization and expansion roadmaps. What We Are Looking For Proven Health-Tech Track Record: 7+ years of quota-carrying B2B sales and business development experience, with demonstrable success selling EMRs, clinical software, digital health platforms, or healthcare IT. Warm Clinical Network: Existing, verifiable relationships with clinic owners, lead physicians, medical directors, and healthcare practice managers across Western Canada or broader North America. Deep Workflow Literacy: You understand the reality of running a medical practice. You speak the language of clinic economics, administrative burden, fee-for-service schedules, and physician panel operations. Early-Stage Execution: You are an executive who still loves the front lines—capable of architecting a high-level go-to-market strategy on Monday and closing five clinic owners by Friday. Why Join Clinic Echo? An Unfair Product Advantage: You are not peddling another point-solution dictation tool. You are selling a complete, single-bundle platform that replaces legacy EMR friction and eliminates manual post-visit admin. Significant Equity Upside: Shape the early commercial trajectory of an AI platform targeting institutional scale and an eventual multi-million-dollar exit. Direct Access to Leadership: Zero bureaucratic layers. You will partner directly with clinical operators and deep technical talent who build fast and deploy reliably. How to Apply If you know how to commercialize clinical software and want to lead revenue for the next generation of healthcare operations, submit your profile or message our team directly.
