Job summary
Under the Atlantic Sales Director's supervision, the Inside Sales Representative will support residential sales representatives and existing customers. Among other things, they will be required to participate in implementing various sales strategies. The Inside Sales Representative will also be required to participate in developing bids and after-sales service. What you will accomplish with us: Supporting the team of external representatives and existing clients Participating in the implementation of sales strategies with retailers or new and multi-unit construction projects Mastering the sales and marketing tools offered by the various suppliers and helping with their implementation based on the target market’s needs Participating in implementing sales policies in the network of branches Participating in the development of bids and project closures Assisting in the selection of products based on technical applications or specific needs Providing after-sales service to retailers or products’ end users What You Bring to Our Team: 1 to 3 years of relevant industry experience Specialized studies in building mechanics (high school vocational diploma in refrigeration or college diploma in building mechanics) General knowledge of building services Strong sales skills Organizational skills Timeliness Being able to communicate with customers effectively and systematically Compensation Information: Base Salary Range: $45,000 - $60,000 annually Supplemental Pay Types Include: annual bonus The final salary will be determined based on the candidate’s skills and experience, in compliance with applicable regulations.
