MMA Vézina is the regional office of Marsh ("MMA") in Canada and offers property and casualty insurance brokerage services as well as life insurance (group insurance and retirement). Our regional office is located in Montreal on Pierre-De Coubertin Avenue, near the Olympic Stadium. A day in the life As a Account Executive, within the Sales Team, you will be tasked with various responsibilities aimed at managing your client portfolio and developing new business opportunities. Whether through client presentations, prospecting calls, proposals, various writings, or other activities, your creativity and efficiency in meeting your clients' needs in a timely manner will be essential assets on a daily basis. Meeting and maintaining relationships with your clients will be at the heart of your activities. In collaboration with a Account Representative, you will ensure the delivery of quality service, highlight the added value of our services, and keep all client files up to date. You will also be responsible for following up on requests with insurers, identifying markets, understanding your clients' needs, as well as seeking new opportunities. Maintaining good relationships with all your internal and external partners will be essential in your role as Account Executive. In this capacity, participating in events and professional gatherings will be integral to your job to expand your network, as well as to stay informed about market trends and opportunities. Our future colleague We would like to meet you if your professional background includes these qualifications and you have these skills: Hold a minimum of five years of experience in commercial-lines damage insurance and business development skills; Be the holder of a damage insurance license issued by the Autorité des marchés financiers (AMF); Proficiency in English is required, as this position involves frequent contact with international clients and/or external partners, and being the primary contact for assigned clients and/or external partners, no other employee can communicate on their behalf; Proficient in Excel, Word, and Outlook. These additional qualifications and skills are a plus, but are not mandatory to apply: Have a CIP, FCIP, and/or CRM diploma; Have a university or college degree; Proficiency with the EPIC software; Holding a license in other Canadian provinces; Knowledge of other Microsoft Office 365 tools.
