About this team: The Senior Account Manager, Platform Solutions will report to the Associate Director, Revenue. This role acts as a strategic advisor to manage and grow relationships with broadcasters, OEMs, and publishers, using data-driven insights and programmatic expertise to drive revenue and unlock new opportunities. In this role you will: Develop and maintain strong collaborative relationships with supply-side clients, acting as their primary point of contact Develop an excellent understanding of each customer’s business, technical set-up, and needs in order to create an end-to-end strategy to unlock new opportunities Act as a strategic advisor to our clients, sharing industry trends, advancements, relevant insights, and best practices Proactively monitor client performance data across an omnichannel portfolio to provide clients with recommendations and help them achieve their revenue goals Lead strategic quarterly business reviews and implement work plans Troubleshoot supply and deals monetization independently and with cross-functional teams, including operations, to resolve technical issues in a timely manner Lead internal enablement initiatives, including external and internal troubleshooting training, Salesforce/contract process guidance, and sharing market intelligence. Collect market feedback and relay to product enablement teams for product, marketing, and operations teams Represent Magnite externally through conferences, industry events, and social platforms Act as a mentor and resource for junior team members, supporting their growth in product knowledge and client management We’re looking for someone with: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field but not essential 4–6 years’ experience in digital advertising, with proven success in a client-facing, revenue-driving role Advanced analytical skills with the ability to translate performance data into actionable client strategies (Excel, Google Sheets, Tableau) Exceptional communication and presentation skills with Directors, VPs, and C-level stakeholders Deep knowledge of the Canadian publishing landscape and programmatic advertising ecosystem (CTV, video, display, audio, DOOH) Demonstrated ability to work autonomously, prioritize effectively, and manage multiple high-value clients The ability to speak fluently in English Ability to travel 1 week per quarter or as needed Perks and Benefits: Holiday Breaks and Quarterly Wellness Days Equity and Employee Stock Purchase Plan Parental Leave Retirement Plan Cell Phone Subsidy Fitness and Wellness Reimbursement Company Culture: We believe collaboration is essential to success.
