A fast-growing, globally backed beauty and cosmetics business is expanding its footprint across Canada and is seeking an Account Executive – National Accounts to support this growth. With a strong presence in fragrance, skincare, and cosmetics, the organization is rapidly building partnerships across major retail and pharmacy channels. Toronto-based | Remote (80%) + Travel (20%) Salary range: $65,000 – $75,000 Description National Account Management Manage and grow key national retail accounts across Canada, including major pharmacy and mass retail partners Own the full account lifecycle: from onboarding and contracts through to execution and growth Business Development & Program Building Identify and secure new opportunities within existing and prospective accounts Build and execute account-specific programs to drive sell-through and brand visibility Retail Execution & Merchandising Partner with buyers to negotiate listings, promotions, and merchandising plans Support planogram development and in-store execution to maximize performance Market Intelligence & Field Engagement Conduct store visits and market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights Maintain strong relationships with retail partners through regular communication and in-person engagement Cross-Functional Collaboration & Reporting Work closely with internal teams to align on strategy, inventory, and marketing initiatives Develop presentations and reports using Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Teams Monitor KPIs and adapt strategies to meet evolving business needs Requirements 3+ years of experience in account management, sales, or key account support within beauty, cosmetics or personal care Must have experience managing a portfolio of national retail accounts within major Canadian retail channels (e.g., SPG), such as Walmart, Costco, Shoppers Drug Mart, or similar large-scale customers Background in skincare, cosmetics, or fragrance strongly preferred Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and influencing skills Highly adaptable with the ability to pivot quickly in a fast-paced environment Self-starter who can operate independently with minimal supervision Strong proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Teams Corporate Culture Salary range: $65,000 – $75,000 3 weeks vacation (flexible) + 6 personal days Opportunity to join a rapidly expanding business with strong global backing High-growth, entrepreneurial environment with meaningful impact on national expansion Exposure to major retail partners across Canada Contact Miriam Ronen at 416.410.5316 x4 or submit your resume in confidence below.
