Position: Full-Time Sales Representative About Aberfoyle Powersports Aberfoyle Powersports Ltd. is a growing powersports dealership serving Puslinch, Guelph, Cambridge, Kitchener-Waterloo, Hamilton and surrounding areas. We are passionate about powersports and pride ourselves on providing customers with great products, knowledgeable service and an enjoyable buying experience. We are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated Sales Representative to join our team and help customers find the right powersports products for their needs. Position Overview The Sales Representative will be responsible for guiding customers through the sales process. The ideal candidate is outgoing, competitive, customer-focused and comfortable working in a fast-paced dealership environment. This position offers an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys motorcycles, ATVs, side-by-sides, personal watercraft and the powersports lifestyle. Key Responsibilities Greet customers and provide a professional, welcoming dealership experience Develop strong relationships with new and existing customers Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products Sell motorcycles, ATVs, side-by-sides, personal watercraft, Lawn & garden and related products Conduct product demonstrations and explain vehicle features and benefits Respond to phone, email, website and social media inquiries Follow up with leads and previous customers in a timely manner Maintain accurate customer and sales information in the dealership CRM Prepare sales quotes, purchase agreements and related documentation Work closely with the Business/Finance Manager to complete transactions Work with parts and service departments to ensure a smooth delivery experience Stay current on product specifications, promotions, financing programs and manufacturer incentives Participate in dealership events, demo days and promotional activities Maintain professional product knowledge and continue developing sales skills Maintain a clean, organized and professional showroom Provide excellent customer service before, during and after the sale Qualifications Previous sales experience preferred; automotive or powersports experience is an asset Strong customer-service and communication skills Self-motivated and goal-oriented Positive attitude and professional appearance Strong organizational and follow-up skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Comfortable using computers, email and CRM systems Valid Ontario driver's licence and vehicle to work every day. Powersports knowledge or personal experience is an asset Ability to work weekends and occasional evenings as required What We're Looking For The successful candidate will be someone who: Enjoys talking to people and building relationships Is passionate about powersports and enjoys learning about new products Is motivated by goals and performance Takes initiative rather than waiting to be told what to do Follows up consistently with customers Is confident asking for the sale Understands that customer relationships continue after the purchase Works well in a team environment Takes pride in representing Aberfoyle Powersports Compensation Competitive compensation package including: Base salary plus commission Performance-based sales incentives Employee discounts Training and professional development Employee powersports opportunities and dealership events Compensation will be based on experience and the dealership's established compensation structure. Requirements
