Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Specialist role based in Calgary, AB. The Sales Specialist is responsible for engaging customers in-store, understanding their wireless, telecom, and mobility needs, and recommending suitable products, plans, and solutions. Day-to-day tasks include handling sales inquiries, providing product demonstrations, processing transactions, and ensuring accurate account setup and follow-up. The role involves delivering excellent customer service, maintaining visual merchandising standards, and contributing to sales targets and promotional campaigns. The Sales Specialist may also participate in training sessions, share product and service updates with team members, and support corporate and business clients with tailored wireless solutions. Qualifications Strong Communication and interpersonal skills to engage customers, build rapport, and convey technical information clearly. Customer Service and client support experience, with a focus on creating positive in-store experiences and resolving issues promptly. Sales and cross-selling abilities, including meeting or exceeding sales targets and promoting wireless, telecom, and mobility solutions. Training and Sales Management exposure, such as mentoring peers, supporting onboarding, or contributing to team performance. Experience in retail or telecommunications environments is an asset. Comfort working with point-of-sale systems, mobile devices, and basic office software. Ability to work on-site in Calgary, AB, including evenings and weekends as required. High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in business or a related field is an advantage.
