Sales Representative – Home Health Care Position Type: Full-Time | Remote Working Hours: U.S Business Hours About the Role At Pavago, we are hiring for one of our clients seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to grow their home health care business. This role will focus on converting inbound leads, building referral partnerships, and developing a consistent sales pipeline. The ideal candidate is a confident communicator who understands the importance of proactive follow-up, relationship building, and maintaining a structured sales process. You will work closely with prospective clients, families, healthcare professionals, and community referral partners to generate new business and support client growth. Responsibilities: Lead Management & Sales Respond promptly to inbound leads and prospective client inquiries. Conduct phone, email, and text follow-ups with prospects and families. Manage leads through the sales funnel from initial inquiry through consultation, assessment, and admission. Maintain consistent follow-up with active, inactive, and older leads. Schedule consultations, assessments, and intake appointments. Track sales activities, pipeline stages, and follow-ups in the CRM. Referral & Community Development Build and maintain relationships with hospitals, discharge planners, physicians, social workers, senior living communities, rehabilitation facilities, and other referral sources. Conduct outbound outreach through calls, emails, in-person visits, presentations, and networking events. Identify new referral opportunities and develop relationships into consistent referral sources. Represent the company at community events, health fairs, and industry networking events. Sales Funnel & Business Development Build and manage a structured sales funnel with clear stages and follow-up processes. Monitor lead volume, conversion rates, referral activity, and revenue performance. Identify gaps in the sales process and recommend improvements. Develop strategies to re-engage prospects who are not immediately ready to move forward. Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales and admission goals. Identify opportunities to increase client volume and revenue. Client & Internal Coordination Educate prospective clients and referral partners about available home health care services. Clearly communicate the company's value proposition and services. Coordinate with clinical and operations teams to ensure a smooth transition from sales to intake and service delivery. Maintain strong relationships with clients and families after admission to support retention and referrals. Required Experience & Skills 2+ years of experience in sales, business development, healthcare sales, home care, home health, senior care, or a related field. Proven experience managing and converting inbound leads. Strong sales, follow-up, and relationship-building skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Experience using a CRM or sales pipeline management system. Strong organizational and time-management abilities. Comfortable working independently and managing multiple opportunities. Professional and personable communication style. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for community outreach and referral visits. Ideal Experience & Skills Experience selling home health care, personal care, private-duty care, hospice, assisted living, or senior care services. Existing relationships with healthcare or senior care referral sources. Experience developing referral networks. Experience creating and managing sales funnels. Familiarity with healthcare referral and discharge processes. Knowledge of the local senior care and healthcare market. Typical Day Responding to and following up with inbound leads. Updating the CRM and managing pipeline activity. Contacting prospective clients and families. Conducting outreach to healthcare and community referral partners. Scheduling consultations and assessments. Visiting referral sources and attending networking or community events. Reviewing pipeline performance and identifying opportunities for improvement. Coordinating with the clinical and operations teams on prospective and newly admitted clients. KPIs Lead response time. Number of leads contacted and follow-up attempts. Consultations and assessments scheduled. Lead-to-client conversion rate. Number of new client admissions. Revenue generated. Number of active referral partners. New referral sources developed.
