About the role

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Global SDR Manager based in Canada. In this role, you will lead and scale a high-performing, multi-region Sales Development organization responsible for driving global pipeline generation across inbound, outbound, and partner channels. You will define and execute the global SDR strategy while ensuring consistency across regions and enabling local market strengths in LATAM, North America, and EMEA. This is a highly strategic and operational leadership role where you will build the playbook for outbound excellence, optimize funnel performance, and directly impact revenue growth. You will coach and develop distributed SDR teams, fostering a culture of accountability, experimentation, and continuous improvement. Working closely with Sales, Marketing, and Revenue Operations, you will align messaging, targeting, and pipeline strategy across the organization. Accountabilities: Own and scale the global SDR strategy, including outbound frameworks, pipeline targets, messaging standards, and qualification criteria across multiple regions. Lead, coach, and develop a distributed SDR team, providing ongoing feedback, structured 1:1s, training, and performance management to drive excellence. Drive global pipeline generation performance across inbound, outbound, and partner-led motions, ensuring consistent achievement of revenue targets. Optimize lead routing, segmentation, and coverage models to improve conversion rates and pipeline efficiency across geographies. Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, and Revenue Operations to align ICPs, campaign strategy, funnel metrics, and reporting infrastructure. Personally engage in strategic prospecting to test messaging, refine outreach approaches, and model best-in-class SDR execution. Requirements: 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS, fintech, or technology sales, including at least 3+ years managing SDR/BDR teams (8–12+ reps preferred). Proven track record of building or scaling high-performing outbound SDR programs that consistently meet or exceed pipeline targets. Experience managing distributed or multi-region teams across LATAM, North America, and/or EMEA markets. Strong coaching skills in cold outreach, messaging development, objection handling, and qualification frameworks. Proficiency with CRM and sales engagement tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot, Outreach, Apollo, Sales Navigator, and Gong. Strong analytical ability to interpret funnel data, dashboards, and KPIs to drive performance improvements. Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to deliver clear, actionable, and motivating feedback. Comfortable operating in fast-paced, ambiguous, high-growth environments requiring experimentation and agility. Fluency in English, Spanish, and Portuguese is required.
