Position Overvie wWe are looking for a highly analytical, data-driven, and growth-oriented Performance Marketing Manager (Acquisition & Growth) to own and scale our paid acquisition channels. In this role, you will define our user acquisition strategy, manage significant ad budgets, and rapidly scale customer growth while maintaining strict efficiency metrics (CAC, ROAS, and LTV). Qualifications & SkillsExperience: 5–7+ years of hands-on experience managing in-platform performance marketing budgets ($200k+ monthly spend minimum) for a D2C, or high-growth bu siness.AI Tech Stack Proficiency: Proven experience working with modern AI marketing platforms for media analysis, automated bidding, and predictive m odelingPlatform Mastery: Deep, expert-level knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads Manager, with specific expertise in maximizing their algorithmic/machine-learning delivery e ngines.Analytical Rigor: Advanced proficiency in data analytics tools (e.g., GA4, Looker Studio) and a strong understanding of technical tracking setups (GTM, Meta Conversions API, Server-Side tra cking).Testing & Innovation Mindset: A track record of using generative AI and creative intelligence tools to scale ad production and increase creative testing velocity by 2x o r more.Agility & Drive: A self-starter who embraces automation to eliminate manual tasks, allowing for deeper focus on high-level growth strategy and
