Position Description: As a Product Marketing Manager at Motus, you'll drive product positioning, messaging, launch execution, and adoption programs for Motus solutions. You'll translate customer, competitive, and market insights into clear messaging and go-to-market materials that help teams understand our buyers, differentiate Motus, and communicate product value. You'll partner closely with Product, Sales, Customer Success, GTM Enablement, and Marketing to support product launches, create enablement content, and implement go-to-market plans. As a modern product marketer, you'll embrace AI, automation, and emerging technologies as force multipliers—finding new ways to accelerate and improve research, content development, planning, and execution. This role reports to the Vice President of Product Marketing. Position Duties: Support go-to-market execution for assigned product offerings, contributing to and driving product launches, GTM enablement, customer adoption programs, and cross-functional marketing initiatives. Interpret market, competitive, and customer research to identify insights that inform positioning, messaging, buyer personas, ideal customer profiles, and go-to-market materials. Use AI and modern research tools to improve the speed and quality of research synthesis. Develop feature and product positioning, messaging, and value propositions grounded in customer needs, product capabilities, and reasons to believe. Create and maintain launch materials, sales enablement content, customer-facing assets, internal communications, and other resources that help GTM teams communicate Motus value clearly and consistently. Use AI, automation, and emerging technologies to improve research synthesis, content development, planning, and execution, while identifying ways to make individual and team workflows more efficient. Analyze basic product, customer, and campaign data to surface insights, find opportunities for improvement, and support go-to-market recommendations. Work cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Enablement to execute launch plans, manage defined deliverables, and adapt to changing priorities. Desired Skills & Experience: 4+ years of experience in product marketing, marketing, consulting, or business strategy roles, preferably supporting B2B SaaS products and enterprise buyers. Experience using customer, market, and competitive insights to advise positioning, sales enablement, launch materials, and go-to-market programs. Strong understanding of B2B product marketing, including positioning, messaging, product launches, sales enablement, and adoption strategies. Customer-centric approach with the ability to translate customer needs, product capabilities, and market context into clear messaging and value propositions. Ability to analyze data, identify patterns, and use insights to support recommendations and improve project outcomes. Curiosity and adaptability with a proven track record to quickly learn new technologies, adopt emerging AI capabilities, and continuously improve how work gets done. Experience employing AI, automation, or modern tools to improve research, decision-making, content development, or go-to-market execution. Strong written and verbal communication skills, capable of crafting clear content and communicating effectively with cross-functional partners. Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues across Product, Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Enablement teams. Self-starter who can balance multiple projects, meet deadlines, adjust to shifting priorities, and complete tasks with strong attention to detail. Where required by law, Motus provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The pay range for this role is $120,000 USD - $130,000 USD. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate’s relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications.
