Job Title: Business Centre Manager, Commercial Banking
Location: Mississauga, ON
Base Salary: $120,000 to $45,000 CAD (dependent on experience)

What you will achieve in this role:
Lead, coach, mentor, and develop a team of Commercial Account Managers while fostering a high-performance, sales-driven culture. Recruit, develop, and retain top talent, creating clear development plans that support long-term career growth. Drive business development initiatives by building strong relationships within the Mississauga business community and generating new client opportunities through referral networks and strategic partnerships. Partner with your team to achieve ambitious targets across new client acquisition, portfolio growth, advisory services, customer retention, and overall business performance. Provide leadership throughout the commercial lending process by reviewing opportunities, assessing risk, and presenting sound financing proposals aligned with internal credit policies. Support the development of complex financing solutions for mid-market commercial clients while maintaining strong credit discipline. Use sales metrics, pipeline management, and performance analytics to coach team members and improve business results. Build long-term relationships with business owners, professional partners, and community stakeholders while acting as a visible ambassador for the organization. Contribute as a key member of the Greater Toronto leadership team, supporting regional growth initiatives and organizational change. Champion a positive, adaptable culture by leading through change and embracing innovation across the business.
What you must bring to this role:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or another related discipline. 3+ years of front-line leadership experience within commercial banking, commercial lending, or financial services, or 10+ years of progressive commercial banking experience with demonstrated leadership capability. Proven success leading high-performing sales teams within a commercial financial services environment. Strong commercial credit and lending knowledge with experience evaluating and structuring financing opportunities. Demonstrated ability to coach, mentor, and develop sales professionals, particularly those early in their careers. Hunter mentality with a passion for business development, relationship management, and market growth. Strong presence within the Mississauga or Greater Toronto business community with an established professional network. Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Experience managing multiple priorities while using performance metrics to drive team accountability and growth. Strong customer relationship management skills with a reputation for delivering exceptional client service. Ability to build credibility with business owners, executives, and professional referral partners. Experience within real estate lending or commercial real estate financing would be considered a strong asset. Professional designations such as MBA, CPA, CFA, PMP, or CMC are considered assets. Bilingualism (English/French) or additional language skills are considered assets. Valid Ontario driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle. Only those who are qualified will be contacted.
