Qualifications

Strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand industrial tooling, bolting, torque, and related applications, and to translate customer needs into practical solutions. Proven experience in B2B technical or industrial sales, account management, or field sales within sectors such as oil and gas, power generation, mining, construction, or manufacturing. Demonstrated skills in relationship building, consultative selling, opportunity qualification, and closing, with a focus on long-term customer partnerships. Ability to manage a sales pipeline, prioritize accounts, and use CRM tools to track activities, opportunities, and results. Clear, professional communication skills (written and verbal), including the ability to deliver presentations, conduct product training, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders. Comfort working remotely and independently, with strong time management, organization, and follow-through. Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to customer sites and industry events as business needs require.
