About the role

THE ORGANIZATION
Norseman Solutions is one of Canada's most established manufacturing companies, with a proud history spanning more than 105 years. Its Foam Division, in operation for over 40 years, has grown to become the organization's largest and most successful business unit.

These strategically located manufacturing sites allow the company to efficiently serve customers across Canada while minimizing shipping costs for its large, custom-fabricated products.
The majority of the business is conducted within Canada and a select number of customers in the United States.
With approximately 150 employees nationwide, Norseman has built a reputation for delivering innovative, high-quality solutions backed by decades of manufacturing expertise.
What truly sets the Foam Division apart is its consultative, custom approach. Rather than selling standard catalogue products, team partners with customers design and manufacture tailored foam solutions that address unique applications across a wide range of industries. From protective packaging and industrial components to specialized engineered products, every solution is built to meet the customer's specific requirements—bringing the philosophy, "If you can dream it, we can build it," to life.
