Position Summary RNF Pet Products Inc. is seeking an experienced and results-oriented E-Commerce Sales Specialist to lead the growth and performance of our online retail business while supporting strategic national customer relationships. Reporting to the Sales Manager , this role is responsible for developing and executing e-commerce sales strategies that drive revenue growth across digital marketplaces and online retail channels. The successful candidate will combine commercial insight, analytical thinking, and relationship management to optimize online performance, strengthen customer partnerships, and identify new business opportunities across Canada and the United States. This role works closely with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Supply Chain, Operations, and Customer Service to deliver an exceptional customer experience while achieving sustainable business growth.

Key Responsibilities Develop and execute strategic sales plans that drive profitable growth across e-commerce and online retail channels. Manage and grow relationships with online retailers, distributors, and key customer accounts through collaborative business planning and exceptional service. Oversee Amazon Seller Central, Amazon Advertising, and other marketplace activities to maximize product visibility, advertising effectiveness, and sales performance. Monitor marketplace performance, pricing, promotions, competitive activity, and emerging trends to identify growth opportunities. Develop annual account plans and execute initiatives that meet or exceed sales and profitability objectives. Analyze sales performance, forecasting, and market data to provide meaningful business insights and support the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process. Own account-level forecasting by preparing accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual sales projections. Partner with Marketing to optimize digital content, product listings, online merchandising, and promotional campaigns. Collaborate with internal departments to ensure successful product launches, inventory planning, and customer satisfaction. Build trusted relationships with customers by understanding their business objectives and delivering value-driven solutions. Identify and pursue new online business opportunities while expanding existing customer partnerships. Maintain a strong understanding of industry trends, competitive activity, and evolving e-commerce best practices. Represent RNF Pet Products Inc. professionally, demonstrating accountability, professionalism, and a customer-first approach in every interaction.

Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related discipline preferred. Minimum 3 years of experience in e-commerce sales, marketplace management, or digital retail. Demonstrated experience managing Amazon Seller Central, Amazon Advertising, and PPC campaigns. Proven success growing online sales and managing digital customer accounts. Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable business strategies. Experience with forecasting, budget management, and sales reporting. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and business reporting tools. Experience working with national retail accounts within the consumer packaged goods, retail, or pet products industry is considered an asset.
