About the role
Bio Biscuit is a proudly Canadian manufacturer of dog and cat food. Since 1996, our 200+ team members have shared one mission: to support the health of pets — one bite at a time. We started out producing private‑label products, and after 10 years of building deep expertise, we launched our own premium brand: Oven‑Baked Tradition. Today, OBT offers 150+ products sold in 10+ countries… and we’re still growing fast!
Which is why we’re looking for our next Sales Representative for Ontario.
Ideally based in Ottawa, your vehicle is basically your second office. You’re curious, proactive, detail‑oriented — the kind of person who spots trends, acts on them, and loves building strong relationships. And of course, you’re passionate about making pets (and their humans) happy!
More specifically, you will: Build and grow your territory by sourcing new opportunities (cold calls, follow‑ups, needs analysis, customized solutions). Meet — and aim to exceed — monthly sales objectives. Log all relevant customer information and store visit details in our CRM. Work closely with distributor reps and order desk teams to track orders and strengthen partnerships. Create sales reports for the Sales Manager within the CRM. Represent Oven‑Baked Tradition at trade shows, events, and consumer activities. Deliver engaging Product Knowledge Sessions to distributor and retail teams.

What we’re looking for: Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar sales role Strong relationship‑building skills, internally and externally Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
