About the role

About The Role

We are looking for a commercially driven Sales Executive to lead new business development across engineering services and digital technology solutions for the mining, resources, and process industries in ANZ region.

You will work closely with senior client stakeholders to position value-led, consultative solutions, including digital twins, design automation, advanced CAD platforms, and AI-enabled engineering services.

Responsibilities

Own and drive new business acquisition across mining, metals, resources, and process sectors Lead end-to-end sales cycles including discovery, solutioning, proposals, pricing, and contract negotiations Work collaboratively with pre-sales, engineering, and delivery teams to develop tailored client solutions Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline through prospecting, networking, and industry engagement Build strong relationships with C-level, executive, and operational stakeholders Achieve and exceed revenue, pipeline, and growth targets Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and client investment plans across ANZ

Skills & Experience

Proven experience in B2B enterprise sales or business development within engineering services, professional services, or technology-led solutions Strong understanding of the Australian mining, resources, and process industries Experience selling complex, consultative solutions (services-led rather than product-only sales) Exposure to digital engineering solutions such as CAD, automation, digital twins, data, or AI Strong commercial acumen with experience in tendering, RFPs, and commercial negotiations Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills Ability to work autonomously and travel within Australia as required
