Qualifications Experience in retirement living is an asset. At least two years of sales experience (senior living, real estate, or healthcare preferred). Empathetic, customer-focused interpersonal skills; passion for serving seniors and their families. Strong communication skills in person and over the phone. Goal-oriented; proven ability to meet/exceed sales targets. Technology proficient: CRM systems and Microsoft Office. Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle; local community knowledge (asset). Availability for flexible hours including evenings/weekends; some local travel required
