Job Summary At Levitt-Safety, we don't just sell products - we help customers protect their people, workplaces, and operations. We're looking for a driven Inside Sales Representative to manage and grow an established portfolio of accounts while identifying new business opportunities across Manitoba. This is a relationship-focused sales role where you'll partner with customers, uncover opportunities, and deliver solutions from Levitt-Safety's broad range of safety products, services, training, and compliance offerings. What You'll Do Grow and manage an assigned portfolio of customer accounts Identify upselling, cross-selling, and new business opportunities Build strong customer relationships and serve as a trusted advisor Prepare quotes, proposals, and solution-based recommendations Collaborate with Field Sales, Customer Service, and Operations to deliver an exceptional customer experience Maintain opportunities and pipeline activity within Salesforce Contribute to revenue growth through proactive account management and business development What We're Looking For 2+ years of experience in inside sales, account management, business development, or a related customer-facing role Strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills A proactive, results-driven approach with a passion for customer success Experience using Salesforce or other CRM platforms is an asset Why Join Levitt-Safety?
