Regional Sales Manager
Summit Search Group is proud to partner with a well-established private organization boasting a long-standing history, spanning several decades. As a leading wholesaler and distributor of interior building products, the company is a trusted partner for contractors and consumers throughout Canada.
Our client is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to lead the sales team within Saskatchewan. As the Regional Sales Manager, the successful candidate would play a critical role in driving revenue and margin growth while strengthening relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategic sales initiatives to drive profitable growth across the region. Identify new business opportunities and market expansion strategies using data-driven insights. Lead, coach, and motivate a high-performing sales team to exceed performance objectives. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and industry stakeholders. Prepare compelling proposals, presentations, and quotations tailored to customer needs. Recruit, mentor, and develop sales talent while fostering a culture of accountability and performance. Monitor sales metrics, forecasting, and regional performance to ensure alignment with company objectives. Support budgeting and resource allocation initiatives to maximize operational efficiency and profitability.
Qualifications & Skills 10+ years of experience in sales, business development, or account management. 5+ years of leadership experience managing sales teams. Experience within wholesale distribution or industrial/building products environments is considered an asset. Demonstrated success driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets. Strong leadership, coaching, and team development capabilities. Excellent relationship-building and communication skills. Strategic mindset with experience in forecasting, budgeting, and performance analysis. Adaptable, solutions-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Remuneration:
