CANDIDATE SUMMARY:
A successful candidate would be passionate about results and teamwork to succeed at a high level. The right candidate will be detail-oriented, good with numbers and driven to make sure the job gets done and done correctly. They would draw energy from working with people. This enthusiastic, self-starter would have a passion for customer service and be responsible for making sure our clients have the highest level of care and personalized follow-up. This candidate has strong written and verbal communication skills. They stay calm under pressure and are concerned about doing things the right way. The Sales Representatives reports directly to the Sales Manager & President. Along with being highly organized, you have great time management skills and detail abilities to ensure all documentation is correctly completed.
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Answer phone calls and emails from clients, team members and others
· Advanced communication skills, written and verbal, able to compose and edit correspondence for grammar, content and accuracy, actively listen and ask questions when appropriate.
· Complete assigned work promptly, efficiently and in a timely manner.
· Possess a high level of self-confidence and demonstrate the ability to take initiative.
· Ensure client satisfaction with company services/communication
· Develops customer accounts B2B by proactively gathering and reviewing information to identify sales opportunities.
· Focuses on the achievement of customer satisfaction, revenue generation, and long-term account goals in line with MBC's vision.
· Cold call, organize meetings and prepare business presentations and design / implement sales strategies.
· Effectively prepares prior to calling on customer; designs proposals to address the customer's specific needs and maximize business potential.
· Discusses needs with customer; understands and promotes products and services relevant to each customer in relation to the customer's home and own business objectives.
· Responsible for all client communications, conflict resolution, and compliance on client deliverables and revenue; ensures that client issues are dealt with in an efficient manner while maintaining excellent customer relations; responds to client's needs with a sense of urgency.
· Maintains strong knowledge of new and existing products in the market and new developments; understands current competitive conditions within the marketplace.
· Organize and plan weekly objectives to ensure penetration of Calgary territory and maintenance of existing client revenue base; proactively calls on existing accounts; identifies correct priorities, schedules sales calls accordingly.
