As an Indigenous-owned company, we take our business personally, and as we continue to grow, we are looking for a Territory Sales Representative to join our team.
Role Description If you are highly motivated, reliable, and passionate about delivering exceptional service and sales results, this role is for you! We are looking for a field-based sales professional responsible for generating revenue and expanding market share within a designated geographic territory.
A Territory Sales Representative manages and grows sales within a designated territory, acting as the primary point of contact for both existing and prospective customers. Unlike inside sales representatives who work primarily from an office, territory representatives spend significant time in the field, meeting clients face-to-face. This role emphasizes relationship building, strategic prospecting, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities Meeting Sales Targets: Achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals Present and sell products to customers within the designated territory Work closely with the Inside Sales Representative to process orders, propose alternative or additional products, and keep customers informed about new product launches Maintain strong relationships with customers by understanding their businesses, plans, and needs, gathering feedback and addressing challenges by customized solutions Conduct proactive outreach to potential clients through cold calls, emails, and in-person visits Participate in industry trade shows, corporate presentations, and customer business reviews
Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field required Experience in B2B sales; industry-specific knowledge can be advantageous Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are essential Ability to travel within the assigned territory and maintain client relationships independently
Compensation Base Pay + Commissions: Up to $80,000 annually
