Position Summary

Busy Bee Supply is looking for a driven and customer-focused Sales Representative to support our growing customer base. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for many of our clients?helping them find the right solutions to keep their facilities clean, safe, and operating efficiently.

You are someone who thrives on building relationships, solving problems, and delivering exceptional service while contributing to a high-performing sales team.

Key Responsibilities

• Build lasting relationships with customers by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
• Respond to inbound inquiries via phone, email, and online channels in a timely and professional manner
• Proactively reach out to existing and potential customers to generate new sales opportunities
• Recommend janitorial products, equipment, and supply solutions with confidence and expertise
• Prepare quotes, process orders, and ensure accurate and timely follow-up
• Work closely with operations and warehouse teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment
• Stay up to date on Busy Bee products, promotions, and industry trends
• Resolve customer concerns with a solutions-first approach
• Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and performance goals
• Occasionally Assist client in showroom

Qualifications

• 2+ years of inside sales or customer service experience (B2B preferred)
• Experience in janitorial, facility maintenance, or supply distribution is an asset
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Comfortable working with CRM systems and Microsoft Office
• Self-motivated with a positive, team-oriented attitude
