Role Description The Sales Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Québec, QC. This position is responsible for leading and developing the sales team, setting targets, and driving revenue growth in line with company objectives. Day-to-day tasks include managing key accounts, identifying new business opportunities, overseeing pricing and proposals, and ensuring consistent follow-up with prospects and customers. The Sales Manager collaborates closely with operations and merchandising to align product offerings with customer needs, prepares sales forecasts and reports, and monitors market trends and competitors. This role also involves coaching team members, optimizing sales processes, and representing Next Floor Inc. at industry events and customer meetings. Qualifications Demonstrated skills in sales strategy, account management, and business development. Experience in team leadership, performance management, and sales coaching. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities. Competence in sales analytics, forecasting, and use of CRM or similar tools. Knowledge of wholesale, distribution, or flooring/building materials industry is an asset. Ability to work on-site in Québec, QC and travel to customer locations as needed. Proficiency in English and French preferred, with strong presentation skills. Post-secondary education in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
