Key Responsibilities
Identify, approach, and build strong relationships with local Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), influencers, and strategic partners in the English market to drive user acquisition and growth for MEXC. Act as a key representative of MEXC in the region, maintaining long-term partnerships with KOLs, affiliates, and marketing channels. Plan, execute, and optimize KOL marketing strategies, monitor performance, and analyze channel effectiveness to ensure strong ROI and continuous improvement. Track regional market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory developments, and translate insights into actionable growth strategies. Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, and product) to ensure smooth execution of campaigns and partner initiatives.
Requirements
1–2 years of business development, partnerships, affiliate, or KOL management experience in the cryptocurrency or fintech industry. Strong understanding of the cryptocurrency ecosystem, including exchanges, trading products, and community-driven growth models. Good knowledge of the English market, including local KOL landscape, communities, and user behavior. Proven ability to build and manage relationships with influencers and partners to drive measurable results. Fluent in English and local language. Strong communication, negotiation, and execution skills in a fast-paced environment.
