About the Role
Location: Mississauga, ON (Hybrid)
Candoor Overhead Doors is looking for a motivated Sales Representative to help grow our commercial and industrial business throughout Ontario.
In this role, you’ll develop new business opportunities, manage existing customer relationships, prepare quotations, conduct site visits, and work closely with our operations team to deliver exceptional service. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys consultative selling and building long-term customer partnerships.

Responsibilities
- Generate new commercial and industrial sales opportunities.
- Build and maintain relationships with contractors, property managers, facility managers, engineers, municipalities, and end users.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries.
- Visit customer sites to assess project requirements.
- Prepare accurate quotations and proposals.
- Follow up on quotations and negotiate opportunities.
- Recommend products and solutions based on customer needs.
- Coordinate projects with our installation and service teams.
- Manage customer accounts and maintain accurate CRM records.
- Participate in weekly sales meetings and contribute to company growth.

Qualifications
- Previous B2B sales experience is required.
- Experience in the overhead door, loading dock, building products, construction, or related industry is strongly preferred.
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to read drawings and understand technical product information is an asset.
- Highly organized with excellent time management skills.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid Ontario driver’s licence with the ability to travel throughout the GTA and surrounding areas.
- Post-secondary education in business, sales, construction, or a related field is considered an asset.
