About the role

You thrive on challenge and customer satisfaction is your priority. We need your sense of customer service to join our sales team! Your main mission will be to manage existing B2B accounts in your territory, while ensuring solid, trust-based business relationships over the long term. You'll also have the opportunity to prospect and develop new accounts, diversifying our customer base in the powersports market. Your passion and commitment will make all the difference to our collective success!

In this position, you will have the opportunity to :

  • Visit, advise, support and promote Kimpex products to our customers on a regular basis
  • Implement sales growth strategies with each customer
  • Identify and contact potential customers, target new business opportunities and close strategic deals
  • Participate in customer events, sales meetings and various motorsports shows
  • Keep organized records and track progress using various tools (CRM, Excel, itinerary management tool, etc.)

With the following skills and qualities, you'll be successful in this role:

  • Post-secondary diploma in administration or equivalent experience
  • Relevant experience in sales management, ideally as a territory manager
  • Passionate about the powersports industry (ATV, motorcycle, snowmobile, marine and ebike)
  • Comfortable using a CRM and the Office suite
  • Valid driver's license and passport
  • Reside and be willing to travel within the territory (frequent travel, often requiring hotel accommodations).

The schedule is mainly from Monday through Friday :

  • Monday: a work-from-home day spent planning travel, analyzing sales, preparing growth plans, administrative tasks, etc.
  • Tuesday through Friday: on the road, meeting with dealers

Your presence would sometimes be required to certain shows or powersport special events on weekends.
