Regional Account Manager
About the role
Regional Account Manager Montreal / Ottawa | Coworking & Flexible Workspace
We’re working with one of Canada’s leading flexible workspace operators to find a Regional Account Manager to help drive growth across their Montreal and Ottawa portfolio.
This is a brilliant role for someone who loves the mix of sales, relationships, hospitality, real estate, and community. You’ll be the person turning conversations into memberships, brokers into advocates, and existing members into long-term partners.
You do not need to come directly from coworking, but you do need to understand how to sell, how to build trust, and how to keep a pipeline moving.
The Role As Regional Account Manager, you’ll own revenue growth, occupancy, and retention across the Montreal and Ottawa markets.
You’ll manage inbound leads, create outbound opportunities, build broker relationships, tour prospects, negotiate deals, and work closely with internal teams to make sure new members have a smooth experience from first conversation through to move-in.
This is a proper commercial role. It needs someone proactive, organized, relationship-led, and comfortable being visible in the market.
What You’ll Be Doing You’ll be responsible for managing the full sales cycle, from qualifying leads through to closing new business. That includes discovery calls, tours, proposals, negotiations, follow-ups, and creative closing strategies.
You’ll keep a clean, active pipeline in the CRM and make sure every opportunity is properly tracked, updated, and moved forward.
You’ll build and maintain strong relationships with brokers, agents, prospects, and existing members across the region.
You’ll work closely with community and operations teams to make sure members are onboarded properly and supported after they join.
You’ll stay close to existing members to help with renewals, expansions, upsells, and retention. You’ll support regional growth by getting into the market, attending meetings, building partnerships, and keeping your finger on the pulse of what is happening in Montreal and Ottawa.
You’ll collaborate with sales leadership and internal teams to share market insight, improve processes, and help the business keep growing.
What We’re Looking For We’re looking for someone bilingual in French and English who brings at least 2+ years of experience in B2B sales, account management, business development, commercial real estate, hospitality, coworking, or a related commercial environment.
You should be confident speaking with prospects, brokers, business owners, and internal teams. You need to be organized, polished, commercially minded, and comfortable managing multiple opportunities at once.
Experience using a CRM is important. HubSpot experience would be great, but it is not a dealbreaker.
The right person will be proactive, positive, sharp with follow-up, and genuinely interested in delivering a high-quality client experience.
You’ll Probably Love This Role If… You like sales, but you hate anything too transactional. You enjoy building relationships and becoming the person people trust in the market. You like beautiful spaces, great service, and the energy of growing businesses. You are organized enough to keep your pipeline tight, but personable enough to make people want to work with you. You can move between a broker call, a prospect tour, a renewal conversation, and an internal strategy meeting without missing a beat. You like ownership. You like targets. You like seeing the direct impact of your work.
Location & Working Style The ideal candidate will be based in Montreal or Ottawa.
This role requires regular weekday presence in the office, with the expectation of being on-site most days. There is some occasional flexibility to work from home, but this is a market-facing, client-facing role and visibility matters.
Some travel between Montreal, Ottawa, and other business locations may be required from time to time.
What Success Looks Like Success in this role will be measured by revenue growth, occupancy, pipeline quality, conversion, retention, broker engagement, and member relationships. In simple terms: you’ll help fill great spaces with great companies and make sure they want to stay.
Why This Role? This is a chance to join a respected Canadian flexible workspace business with a strong brand, beautiful locations, and a real focus on service, community, and experience. You’ll have ownership over an important region, work closely with a strong internal team, and play a visible role in the continued growth of the business.
For someone who is commercially driven, bilingual, relationship-led, and excited by the future of work, this is a very exciting opportunity.
