Summary Of Duties

Manage and follow up on existing B2B leads and inquiries (email, phone, LinkedIn). Maintain and grow relationships with current wholesale buyers (retailers, designers, hotels, professional groups, etc.). Coordinate quotes, pricing sheets, and basic proposals using our existing templates. Prepare and update sales materials (catalogues, product lists, sample decks). Visit local retail stores and clients periodically to introduce products and gather feedback. Identify and develop new business accounts through proactive outreach and networking and cold-calling compatible businesses. Keep accurate records of contacts, opportunities, and orders in our CRM/tracking tools. Support forecasting and inventory planning for B2B accounts (e.g., sharing demand signals, repeat order patterns). Work with the internal team to ensure smooth sample shipments and order follow‑through.

Qualifications

1–3 years of B2B or wholesale sales / account coordination experience (home goods, retail, or consumer products an asset). Experience dealing with retail, wholesale, or corporate buyers (e.g., stores, hotels, designers) is a strong plus. Comfortable with outreach and follow‑up (phone, email, LinkedIn) and keeping things organized in a CRM or spreadsheet. Strong communication skills, professional and friendly tone with buyers. Organized, detail‑oriented, and reliable with follow‑through. Able to work independently in a small team, with guidance from the owners. Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle for occasional local store/client visits.
