Role Description SecureRx is looking for a U.S.-focused business development lead to help expand our presence across healthcare SaaS, pharmacy technology, medication workflow, and related healthcare markets. This person will help identify strategic opportunities, open conversations with relevant organizations, build relationships with decision-makers, and support SecureRx’s U.S. market development efforts. The ideal candidate understands the U.S. pharmacy landscape, knows how healthcare organizations evaluate new technology, and has the network and judgment to help SecureRx build meaningful commercial relationships. We are open to engaging the right candidate on a full-time, fractional, consultant, advisor, or flexible basis depending on experience and fit. Responsibilities Lead U.S. business development efforts across healthcare SaaS, pharmacy technology, specialty pharmacy, medication workflow, and related markets. Identify potential customers, partners, channel relationships, and strategic accounts. Build relationships with pharmacy operators, healthcare executives, software vendors, pharmaceutical stakeholders, and industry partners. Support early commercial conversations, market education, discovery calls, and opportunity development. Help refine SecureRx’s U.S. go-to-market strategy, ideal customer profile, and partnership approach. Share market feedback with leadership to support product, positioning, and commercial strategy. Identify conferences, associations, networks, and ecosystem partners that can accelerate SecureRx’s U.S. market presence. Represent SecureRx professionally in conversations with pharmacy, healthcare, and technology stakeholders. Qualifications Experience in business development, strategic partnerships, healthcare sales, enterprise sales, market development, or commercial strategy. Strong understanding of the U.S. pharmacy business, including pharmacy operations, pharmacy networks, specialty pharmacy, pharmacy services, or related medication workflow environments. Established connections in the U.S. pharmacy, healthcare technology, pharmaceutical, specialty pharmacy, or pharmacy services ecosystem. Background in healthcare SaaS, pharmacy technology, health IT, pharmaceutical services, healthcare operations, regulated B2B software, or a related field. Experience opening doors with decision-makers and building relationships across healthcare or pharmacy organizations. Ability to understand and communicate the value of technical products in a healthcare or pharmacy business context. Strong commercial judgment, relationship-building ability, and comfort working in an early-stage growth environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Experience with AI, workflow automation, clinical operations, enterprise software, or healthcare data products is an asset.
