Role Description The Vehicle Sales role is a full-time, on-site position based in Saskatoon, SK. The Vehicle Sales team member will greet and consult with customers, identify their needs, and present suitable new and pre-owned vehicle options. Responsibilities include conducting test drives, explaining vehicle features and benefits, and guiding customers through pricing, financing, and purchase documentation. The role also involves maintaining product knowledge, following up with prospects and existing customers, and supporting dealership events and promotions. Collaboration with service, parts, and management teams is essential to ensure a positive, seamless customer experience. Qualifications Strong Communication skills, including active listening and clear, professional verbal and written interactions. Proven Customer Service skills, with a focus on building trust, handling inquiries, and resolving concerns effectively. Demonstrated Sales skills, including prospecting, negotiations, and closing, preferably in automotive or retail environments. Experience in Training or coaching peers on product knowledge or sales processes is an asset. Exposure to Sales Management or leadership responsibilities, such as tracking performance or supporting team goals, is beneficial. Comfort using dealership CRM systems and basic computer applications. Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record. Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required. Previous automotive sales experience is an asset but not required; a willingness to learn and continuous improvement mindset is essential.
