Click the blue <strong>APPLY NOW</strong> button today because this position will be filled quickly!</p> <p><strong>Pay Rate: $20.00 / hour</strong></p> <p><strong>Shift Times:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Monday – Thursday - 8:00am to 4:30pm</li> <li>Friday - 8:00am to 2:00pm</li> </ul> <p><strong>WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Addressing customer inquiries and concerns to ensure customer satisfaction</li> <li>Accurately input, update, and maintain data in company databases and systems, ensuring completeness and consistency across records.</li> <li>Quote Customer RFQ's i.e.: create formal quote, collect pricing, calculate sell price, advise delivery etc.</li> <li>Ability to read drawings is an asset</li> <li>Review Customer Orders i.e., Pricing, Delivery, Special instructions or Requirements, Terms & Conditions etc.</li> <li>Retrieving Customer Orders through the internet (experience with Oracle is an asset)</li> <li>Inputting Customer Orders i.e.: Creating Sales orders in MRP system</li> <li>Creating new product forms</li> <li>Create customs paperwork if applicable for shipments</li> <li>Occasional reception coverage, backup for invoicing when required</li> <li>Other various duties as assigned (filing, scanning, etc.)</li> <li>Follows Safran Policies & Procedures</li> </ul> <p><strong>WHAT YOU’LL NEED IN ORDER TO QUALIFY:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Minimum one year customer service experience with Inside Sales experience being as asset</li> <li>Accurate data entry skills with superior attention to detail</li> <li>Excellent written and oral communication skills</li> <li>Professionalism with excellent interpersonal skills</li> <li>Excellent organizational and time management skills with strong ability to multi-task and prioritize workload in a fast-paced, changing environment</li> <li>Demonstrated ability to problem-solve</li> <li>Responsive to company and customer needs</li> <li>Work with minimum supervision</li> <li>Highly proficient computer skills in Word and Excel</li> <li>Knowledge of production planning is an asset</li> <li>A condition of employment will be completing a security assessment to ensure eligibility under Canada’s Controlled Goods Program</li> </ul> <p><strong>WHY YOU’LL WANT TO APPLY WITH IS2:</strong></p> <ul> <li>IS2 works for you.
