We provide high-end painting services, and we do it with absolute uncompromising quality and customer care. We are currently looking for our next great In Home Sales Representative. You do not need decades of experience in residential services (though it is helpful!). If you have the desire, drive, and motivation, we will train you. We are actively looking for either a proven home services closer or that "diamond in the rough" who is eager to learn, coachable, and hungry for success.

The Role:

You will be the face of Envision Painting, responsible for leading homeowners through our signature Client Centric Sales process. Conducting in home consultations for high end painting projects. Building authentic rapport and understanding the client's vision. Presenting tailored solutions and securing agreements. Note: Because we meet clients when they are home, this role requires a willingness to work some evenings and weekends.

What We Expect From You:

We have high standards, but we give you the tools to meet them. We literally need you to be driven enough to earn at least $150,000 a year with absolutely no ceiling on what you can make above that.
