Provide a consultative client experience to support clients in making informed decisions regarding their professional insurance needs.<br/></div><div>? Build and maintain client relationships by understanding their unique requirements and identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell insurance products.<br/></div><div>? Refer clients to internal teams including Personal Insurance, Commercial Enterprise, and Life and Benefits, when appropriate.<br/></div><div>? Manage a high volume of renewals by coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, including insurance companies, account executives, assistant account managers, and marketing teams.<br/></div><div>? Collaborate with an Assistant Account Manager on policy administration tasks, including applications, renewals, endorsement changes, cancellations, re-marketing activities, and claims application initiation.<br/></div><div>? Maintain accurate client records and interactions within the Broker Management System and other company portals.<br/></div><div>? Support clients through multiple communication channels in a fast-paced environment.<br/></div><div>? Act as a liaison between clients and insurance companies regarding underwriting concerns and provide underwriting guidance.<br/></div><div>? Support financial operations by assisting with invoicing, payment collection, and account reconciliation activities.<br/></div><div><br/></div><div><b>What you will need to succeed:</b><b><br/></b></div><div><br/></div><div>? RIBO license required (Registered Insurance Brokers of Ontario certification).<br/></div><div>? Bilingual in English and French to support clients, stakeholders, and business activities in both languages, including quarterly travel to Québec.<br/></div><div>? 5-7 years of experience in Account Management, Sales, Underwriting, or related roles within an insurance brokerage or insurance company.<br/></div><div>?
