About the Business Development Representative (BDR) Role Are you looking to build a rewarding career in sales? Are you results-driven, a self-starter, and passionate about lead generation? We want to hear from you! As a Business Development Representative (BDR), you will be the first point of contact between prospective clients and T&T Power Group. You will identify new business opportunities, generate qualified leads through outbound prospecting, and schedule appointments for our Outside Sales team. Your work will directly contribute to revenue growth while helping customers find reliable power solutions. Work Model: Hybrid

What You'll Be Doing Source new business and revenue through outbound prospecting efforts. Research and identify prospective customers across multiple industries. Proactively schedule sales meetings through cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn prospecting. Generate interest through outbound prospecting, email campaigns, and CRM management. Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the Outside Sales team. Meet daily Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) with the goal of booking appointments. Manage and maintain accurate customer information within the CRM. Participate in daily and weekly sales meetings to gain valuable feedback and coaching. Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to support business development initiatives. And most Importantly... What We're Looking For 1–3 years of experience in Business Development, Inside Sales, Customer Service, Call Centre, Retail Sales, or another customer-facing role. Previous outbound prospecting and cold-calling experience is considered an asset. Excellent communication and active listening skills. Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills. Highly organized with excellent time management and prioritization skills. Self-motivated, coachable, and eager to learn. Thrives under pressure and enjoys working in a highly results-driven environment. Comfortable using Microsoft Office; experience with CRM systems is an asset. Passionate about sales and technology—no need to be a power generation expert. We'll teach you the industry.
