About BlueMind BlueMind is building the compliance infrastructure for financial services distribution. Firms carry the legal responsibility to supervise their advisors. We give them the platform to actually do it. One process, one standard, every time.

The role Signing a client is the start. Making them successful is the company. This role owns that.

You'll be the person who takes every new client from signed contract to fully operational, and who keeps our sales motion moving between the founder's meetings. You'll work directly with the CEO and leadership team daily. There is no layer between you and how this company grows.

What you'll do Own client onboarding end to end: kickoff, configuration coordination, training schedules, advisor activation, go-live Run each onboarding as a project, with a plan, owners, dates, and a weekly status the client and our team can trust Deliver training to advisors and compliance officers through BlueMind Academy, in person and virtually Own sales follow-through: proposals out, agreements tracked, next steps closed, no open loop older than 48 hours Manage the pipeline and CRM so the company always knows the true state of every deal Support enterprise meetings, demos, and industry events alongside the CEO Turn what you learn into playbooks: the onboarding system you build here is the one we take to the US What success looks like in your role Clients go live on schedule and had a great experience with BlueMind Advisors are activated and trained without the CEO in the room Our sales process runs tighter because you rebuilt parts of it You've earned your own client book, and a role in our US expansion

Who you are You take things from zero to done. Fully done. Without being chased. You run projects naturally: plans, follow-ups, and details that don't slip You're excellent with people. Clients trust you quickly and enjoy working with you. You learn technology fast and already work with AI tools daily You know financial services, or you'll learn it faster than anyone expects. Insurance, wealth, or fintech background helps. Experience onboarding US enterprise clients helps more.
