About the role: Territory Sales Representative
This is a true field sales opportunity and an excellent opportunity for early-stage sales professionals looking to join a stable, growing organization where success is driven by trust, consistency, and strong customer relationships—not cold calling. Dedicated business development team that generates all client meetings on your behalf, ensuring you have as much face time with customers in the territory.
Meet with K-12 school administrators and decision-makers throughout your assigned territory (4-5 appointments per day) Conduct consultative discovery conversations to understand classroom, library, and learning space requirements Present product solutions and recommend options from a comprehensive portfolio of educational furniture offerings Collaborate with the internal quoting team to develop customer proposals Present quotations, manage follow-up conversations, and close new business opportunities Partner with internal design specialists on larger or more complex projects requiring space planning or design support Maintain accurate CRM records, opportunity tracking, and pipeline management Travel throughout the territory to meet clients, with occasional overnight travel required to service more remote locations Manage a mix of existing customer relationships and new business opportunities within an established territory
What We're Looking For
1-2 years of full cycle closing sales experience in a customer-facing or field-based sales role Demonstrated ability to build rapport and develop trusted relationships with customers Strong consultative selling and communication skills Organized and detail-oriented with strong follow-through Experience using CRM systems and managing a sales pipeline Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and disciplined approach to territory management Personable, authentic, and professional; someone customers immediately feel comfortable working with MUST be based in Vancouver or greater Vancouver area with a valid drivers license and clean driving record
Compensation & Benefits
Base Salary $70K-$80K Uncapped commission plan with $110K-$120K total income year 1 (Fully ramped reps earning $140K+) Company vehicle provided Gas and travel expenses covered Comprehensive health benefits package Paid vacation and holidays Established territory with strong customer relationships and recurring business Dedicated Business Development support team that schedules appointments on your behalf
