About the role
Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. Tasks: Deliver and pick up messages, parcels, and other items by hand. Operate and drive automobiles, vans and light trucks to pick up and deliver various items and products. Professionalism in customer service. Accept payment or invoices for items delivered. Receive and relay information to central dispatch. Sell products over established routes. Assemble, install and set-up merchandise/products. Keep a record of items received and delivered. Prepare, package and restock goods. Transport and handle dangerous goods. Accept and deliver messages and packages for events, conferences or assemblies. Load and unload goods. Sort packages for delivery. Follow directions and read map. Use maps and other trip planning aids. Record trip information such as vehicle mileage, fuel costs and any problems. Perform administrative tasks. Pay and receive payments for goods. Provide customer service. Perform pre-trip, en route and post-trip inspection and oversee all aspects of vehicle. Certificates, licences, memberships, and courses : Class 5/5F/G Licence (cars, small trucks and other 2-axle vehicles). Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year.
