We’re looking for an Experienced Service Advisor to join our dynamic service team and help us deliver the exceptional service our customers have come to expect. This is an opportunity to build a rewarding career in a growing organization that values your expertise and ambition.

What You’ll Do:

Greet customers with enthusiasm and professionalism, building strong relationships and trust

Clearly explain maintenance and repair recommendations in a way customers understand

Accurately write repair orders, coordinate with technicians, and ensure timely service completion

Proactively communicate with customers throughout their service visit

Upsell services and products based on customer needs and manufacturer recommendations

Contribute to the department's goals by hitting sales and customer satisfaction targets

What You Bring:

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Service Advisor (preferably in a dealership setting)

Strong understanding of automotive systems and repair processes

Excellent communication, organizational, and customer service skills

A positive, team-first attitude and the ability to stay cool under pressure

Proven ability to meet performance goals and upsell services confidently
