WHAT YOU'LL DO
As a Client Service Representative, you'll visit homeowners at appointments arranged by our office and provide professional consultations regarding environmentally friendly home improvement solutions.
Your responsibilities include:
- Meeting with homeowners at company-scheduled appointments
- Performing simple in-home product evaluations (training provided)
- Understanding each customer's needs and recommending appropriate solutions
- Explaining product features and benefits clearly and professionally
- Providing exceptional customer service from start to finish
- Building trust and long-lasting customer relationships
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions
- Representing the H2O4Life brand with professionalism and integrity
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong customer service skills
- Self-motivation and reliability
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A willingness to learn and accept coaching
- A valid driver's licence
- Reliable transportation
- Full-time availability (Monday-Friday)
Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, sales, account management, home improvement, or service industries is considered an asset—but is not required.
