The Opportunity:
We are working with our client, a growing instrumentation solution provider within Western Canada, backed by top tier OEM's.
This role is responsible for leading product, solution, and service sales for a defined Northern Alberta territory. The successful candidate will be located in this area and shall represent the organization with professionalism and integrity while driving sustainable growth, building long-term relationships, and expanding market presence.
This position operates with a high level of autonomy and plays a key role in executing the company’s mission, vision, and values in the field.
Key Responsibilities:
Own and grow the Northern Alberta territory through consultative sales of products, solutions, and services Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders Develop and execute territory plans, budgets, forecasts, and market analysis Prepare and deliver technical and commercial presentations and proposals Coordinate and manage internal and external resources to support customer projects Maintain accurate and timely CRM, call reports, pipeline tracking, and project documentation Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences Develop and maintain strong technical knowledge of the company’s product and service portfolio Act as a professional ambassador of the organization to customers, partners, and industry stakeholders
Qualifications & Experience
3+ years of relevant oil and gas industry experience; sales experience strongly preferred Technical background with post-secondary education preferred Strong ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with internal teams Highly motivated, self-driven, and results-oriented Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-growing environment with evolving priorities Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems
