About the role

Job Position: Head of Sales Location: Saskatoon, Saskatchewan Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent About the Role We are seeking an experienced Head of Sales with a strong sales background who is responsible for leading the sales efforts and teams across the company and its location. This role requires a dynamic, analytical, visionary and results-driven leader who can develop and implement successful strategies to increase market share, grow revenue, and drive customer loyalty and retention. The ideal candidate should have a track record of developing and executing successful sales and marketing plans, have a deep understanding of the cleaning chemical manufacturing industry, and possess strong leadership and communication skills. This position reports directly to the CEO. An MBA is preferred, and candidate must bring excellent communication skills, a vibrant personality, and strong leadership abilities.

Key Responsibilities Develop and implement sales and operational strategies in alignment with organizational goals. Plan, direct and evaluate the activities of the sales departments that develop and implement plans to promote the sales of products and services. Oversee the entire sales teams across territories from lead generation to deal completion, working to make the process as efficient as possible. Delivering accurate and actionable business insights that enable decision-making and performance improvements. Build strong relationships with key customers, businesses and stakeholders. Oversee and manage daily operations to ensure efficiency, productivity, and profitability. Lead, motivate and mentor the sales team to achieve business and sales objectives. Develop and manage customer experience initiatives. Monitor and analyze competitor activities and trends to ensure competitive advantage. Drive sales growth by identifying new opportunities, building client relationships, and supporting the sales team. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards. Build and maintain strong internal and external stakeholder relationships.

Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, or related field (MBA is preferred). Minimum 7+ years’ managerial expertise in successful sales records and operations management. Strong ability in developing and executing sales strategies Great leadership, decision-making, and organizational skills. Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
