Overview We are seeking a Customer Quotations Specialist to join our team! This position will be directly responsible for pricing residential and small commercial jobs. The main role includes providing quotations to customers by utilizing sales and technical knowledge for the preparation of quotation packages.

Responsibilities: Receiving clients’ instructions to render our services Building estimates and pricing standard and special jobs at a level that keeps our products competitive and maximizes profit Providing general information about our products and services Managing quotation requests Following up on quotations and modifying quotes as necessary Sending pricing and other updates to various groups of customers

Qualifications: Strong numerical skills; ability to read cabinet and countertop layouts is an asset Must be able to read and interpret diagrams, layouts, and cabinet/countertop plans (required; candidates without this skill will not be considered) Excellent organizational skills Ability to prioritize and multitask Positive and professional demeanor Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to effectively establish rapport, present information, and respond to questions from managers and clients Comfortable working in a dynamic, team-based environment where priorities are continually changing Ability to identify problems and offer alternative solutions and/or courses of action based on available resources
