Job Description Fiix is looking for a Paid Media Specialist to join our marketing team and help scale efficient, measurable pipeline through the best paid acquisition. Reporting into the demand generation function, you will manage daily execution and optimization of our paid programs across search and social. You will partner with multiple teams, including Marketing Ops, Analytics, Content/Creative, Web, Sales Development, and Revenue Ops. The goal of these efforts is to ensure our campaigns guide the right conversions, and those conversions are measured through to pipeline and ARR. You will report to the Manager, Sr. Strategic Portfolio Marketing. Your Responsibilities: Manage performance across paid channels. Manage and improve paid search and paid social programs (always-on and campaigns), including keyword / audience strategy, bidding, budgets, and ad structure. Increase revenue outcomes, not just leads. Align conversion strategy to funnel stages (MQLs, SQLs, SAOs and pipeline), partnering with stakeholders including sales and marketing to improve quality and acceptance rules. Run a disciplined testing roadmap. Launch structured experiments across creative, messaging, landing pages, audience segments, bidding strategies, and offers – documenting insights and scaling winners. Increased conversion rate through a full funnel journey. Partner with the web/UX and content teams to improve landing page relevance, speed, form performance, and post-click experience. Build repeatable governance. Build campaign QA, naming conventions, change logs, budgets, pacing, and weekly performance reviews; surface risks/opportunities. Product clear performance insights. Deliver weekly / monthly reporting with applicable insights for marketing leadership and team members. Partner in planning. Support quarterly and monthly planning – forecasting performance, proposing budget allocations, and aligning channel strategy to GTM priorities (segments, regions, products, and verticals) The Essentials - You Will Have: Bachelor's Degree in relevant field Legal authorization to work in Canada is required. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future for this job opening. The Preferred - You Might Also Have: You have 5+ years of experience. Experience developing, delivering, and enabling product marketing programs cross-functionally Understanding of marketing at all stages of the B2B customer journey and SaaS product lifecycle A collaborative self- starter who is comfortable being hands-on with implementation of programs Product oriented - with the ability and curiosity to understand and learn about features and a technology platform. This position is part of a job family. Experience will be the determining factor for position level and compensation. For this role, the Base Salary Compensation is from ($77,760 CAD - $97,280 CAD) with an annual target bonus of (5%) of base salary.
